Offense still sputtering in Tar Heels' scrimmage
Posted Aug 18, 2006
As Cam Sexton spoke, he gestured with his hands. The next thing he knew, he had made contact with one of the tape recorders in front of him. The recorder hit the ground, its batteries popping out after the impact of the fall. Another fumble. It was that kind of day for Sexton and North Carolina's offensive players Thursday. No matter how hard they tried in UNC's second scrimmage -- or how gracious they were when answering questions from reporters afterward -- things just didn't go their way.
