Chargers safety Tre Boston proving to be outstanding in pass coverage
Posted Oct 22, 2017
Though he came in with a bit of a reputation as a hard-hitting defensive back, Chargers free safety Tre Boston has proven to be outstanding in coverage, posting a Pro Football Focus grade on par with the Giants’ stud safety Landon Collins. Boston has posted a grade of 82.7 to Collins’ 86.2 per PFF in coverage, proving that he is one of the best defenders at his position against the pass.
