Tyler Trice Begins Pro Career

Tyler Trice’s professional career has begun in Pasco, Wash. The former Tar Heel is pitching in relief for the Colorado Rockies’ developmental short-season single A team – the Tri-City Dust Devils. Trice made 20 appearances out of the bullpen for the Tar Heels in 2008, posting a 2.04 ERA and holding opponents to a .185 batting average. (Inside Carolina)
