Hot-shooting Tar Heels run away from Western Carolina

Western Carolina will always have those first five points. The Catamounts led No. 11 North Carolina on Wednesday, for 3 minutes and 21 seconds anyway. Luke Maye had 12 points and 12 rebounds to lead the Tar Heels to a runaway 104-61 win over Western Carolina. The Tar Heels made 16 3-pointers (on 22 attempts), which equals the most they have made under coach Roy Williams. (Charlotte Observer)
