It’s been a busy month for North Carolina on the recruiting trail with the end of football season and the recent conclusion of the high school playoffs. With so much to cover, some of North Carolina’s December offers have slipped through the cracks, partly because there have been so many of them. Here are some of North Carolina’s offers over the first couple weeks of the month.
