Of the remaining batch of December football offers, only one went to a member of the Class of 2018 — 3-star Milledgeville, Ga. receiver Jatavious Harris. The former Tennessee commit is likely to choose between Pitt and Louisville later Tuesday, and it seems improbable that the nation’s No. 82 receiver commits to UNC having never visited. Here’s the rundown of the next batch of UNC's December offers.
