Signee 101: Get to know 4-star QB Jace Ruder

Dual-threat Jace Ruder, the No. 1 recruit in Kansas, is one of two quarterbacks to commit to the Tar Heels during the early signing period. Pro-style quarterback Cade Fortin, a 3-star prospect from Georgia is the other. Ruder previously committed to Tulsa before committing to UNC on June 16. Ruder had offers from Penn State, Ole Miss, Florida State, Iowa, Kansas State and Baylor.
