Gray commits to UNC

The number of offensive line slots dwindled, so Chris Gray made his decision a little earlier than expected. Gray verbally committed to North Carolina on Wednesday morning, using coach John Cann's cellular to make the phone call to Tar Heels assistant coach Andrew Powell. There were four offensive line slots left that North Carolina coaches wanted to fill and then two other high school seniors committed. "I had to jump on it." (Spartanburg Herald-Journal)
