NC State backup QB Jalen McClendon to transfer

NC State rising senior quarterback Jalan McClendon will transfer after graduating this spring. McClendon, who has appeared in 20 games for the Wolfpack, will be able to play right away pending his May graduation. McClendon's decision comes days after starting quarterback Ryan Finley announced that he would return to Raleigh for his final season of eligibility.
