New Carolina Hurricanes owner to focus on winning hockey, fan experience


The Carolina Hurricanes have a new owner, and Tom Dundon said he'll begin making sweeping changes to the fan experience as he tries to bring a winning culture back to a franchise that has missed the playoffs the last eight seasons. NHL Commissioner Gary Bettman, who came to the Triangle to welcome Dundon, said Dundon impressed the NHL Board of Governors. (WRAL Sports Fan)
