A two-man offense didn’t cut it for North Carolina, which found out the hard way in Monday’s 80-69 loss to Virginia Tech at Cassell Coliseum. Take away 23 points apiece from Joel Berry and Luke Maye and there wasn’t much happening for the rest of the Tar Heels. “We took bad shots,” Maye said, while accepting blame for what he referred to as four missed layups.
