UNC's Gianluca Dalatri anchors 2018 pitching staff

Mike Fox knew he was getting a good pitcher when Gianluca Dalatri committed to North Carolina in 2014. In his final three years of high school, Dalatri went 30-0 at Christian Brothers Academy in New Jersey and was named the state’s Gatorade Player of the Year twice. But after a game last March, the UNC head coach admitted, "He's better than I thought he was."
