Defensive lineman picks Heels

William Brimfield went to North Carolina for a summer football camp last weekend and left with a decision about his future. Brimfield - a 6-5, 285-pound defensive tackle from Hunter Kinard Tyler High School in Neeses, S.C., just outside of Orangeburg - committed to UNC while he was in Chapel Hill. He is the Tar Heels' fifth commitment for the recruiting class of 2007 and its first from out of state. (Winston-Salem Journal)
