Finally: Clemson vs. UNC


It's not exactly the brand of juicy trash talk that promotes bulletin board material. In the aftermath of North Carolina's wacky 7-5 win Friday over Cal State Fullerton in the second longest College World Series game ever, Clemson coach Jack Leggett called UNC coach Mike Fox. "I had watched his team play into the wee hours and chastised him for keeping me up so late," Leggett said. "I'm losing sleep." (Spartanburg Herald-Journal)
