UNC Softball Comes Up Short to UNCG in 10 innings

Despite an early 2-0 lead, North Carolina and UNCG battled through 10 innings Wednesday, but the Spartans took the 4-3 win at Anderson Stadium. Kiani Ramsey led UNC's offense, going 2-for-3 at the plate. Five Tar Heels each logged a hit while Kristina Burkhardt and Goodman drove in a run apiece. The Tar Heels host Virginia Tech Friday through Sunday. (GoHeels.com)
