This week in Portland, more than two dozen future NCAA and NBA superstars have gathered to participate in the Nike Hoop Summit, an annual showcase event at the Moda Center where the nation’s top high school talent squares off against the world’s top talent. Practices this week have been packed with NBA scouts and executives, all eager to find the next superstar.
