Roy Williams visiting top 2019 recruit Vernon Carey

After visiting 2019 center Will Baker on Monday, Roy Williams is heading to Florida to visit one of the top recruits in the class. According to Scout’s Evan Daniels, Williams is visiting five-star power forward Vernon Carey Jr. on Wednesday. Carey is ranked as the No. 2 recruit in the 247 Sports’ rankings and the top player at his position and in Florida.
