13. Chazz Surratt, North Carolina: Carolina had three different quarterbacks make starts last fall for the 3-9 Tar Heels, with Surratt leading the team in passing yards (1,342). Nathan Elliott wasn’t far behind Surratt, as he threw for 925 yards and 10 touchdowns in five appearances. Look for Surratt and Elliott to continue their quarterback battle deep into fall practice.
