The Michael Jordan memorabilia market remains hot. I can safely say this because someone just paid $47,872.50 at auction for an autographed, game-used jersey Jordan wore during his two seasons playing for the Washington Wizards, an era remembered fondly by just about no one except maybe someone who would pay $47,872.50 for a used shirt.
