Don't expect to legally bet on sports in NC anytime soon

The U.S. Supreme Court has cleared the way for states to legalize sports betting, but don't expect any quick changes in the Tar Heel State. Senate President Pro Tem Phil Berger says North Carolinians shouldn't expect any legislation to allow sports betting as the General Assembly convenes Wednesday for its short session. Berger highlighted the challenge legislators face.
