Competing against Duke and Kentucky for one-and-done recruiting

Other programs have not been able to sign multiple one-and-done basketball recruits year in and year out. Kansas, North Carolina and UCLA have done so at times; but the duopoly maintained by the Blue Devils and Wildcats is still standing. Here are some rules of the recruiting road that have characterized the one-and-done-era for programs not named either Duke or Kentucky.
