Matt Nagy’s decision in January to retain quarterbacks coach Dave Ragone ensured that second-year quarterback Mitch Tribusky would hear from a familiar voice as he transitioned to a new scheme as the centerpiece of the Bears’ building effort. After Trubisky started 12 games as a rookie, Ragone became the only member of John Fox’s offensive staff to stick with the Bears.
