Some people have called Carolina basketball a cult because of the closeness of all those who have ever been involved. The men who played here call it a family, a term that mystifies skeptical pro teammates and infuriates Tobacco Road opponents who grow sick of hearing about the "Carolina Family." What is fascinating about the whole phenomenon is that it's true. (Tar Heel Daily)
