Behind Trayce Jackson-Davis' 20-point and 11-rebound double-double, the 2018 USA Basketball Men’s U18 National Team (4-0) rolled to a 132-55 victory over Ecuador in its 2018 FIBA Americas U18 Championship quarterfinal game Thursday in St. Catharines, Ontario. Aiding the USA cause were Coby White and Matthew Hurt, who each pumped in 19 points.
