Former North Carolina baseball player Zach Attianese and his father, Jude, died in a six-vehicle crash on I-75 in Michigan Friday night after a semi-truck struck the Attianese’s car. Saturday morning, just hours before UNC opened its College World Series against Oregon State, Mike Fox was tasked with sharing the news with his team following the pregame meal.
