Armando Bacot stands 6-foot-10 and was the Richmond area’s most dominant basketball player under the hoop. He averaged 24.2 points this year, plus 11.5 rebounds and 3.1 blocks. In June, he played for the U18 national team, and the Americans won gold. UNC, Duke, and Virginia are among the schools that have offered him a scholarship. He’s likely to sign in November.
