In theory, the Tar Heels now have a lot to work with. Larry Fedora and offensive coordinator Chris Kapilovic have to decide on a quarterback (neither Chazz Surratt nor Nathan Elliott separated themselves in spring ball), but they’ll have a pair of solid backs and a high-ceiling receiving corps.
