Cole Anthony has made his case to be ranked among the top recruits in the 2019 class, currently sitting at No. 3 in the 247Sports Composite. But more than that, 247Sports director of scouting Jerry Meyer said Anthony could be the best point guard he’s scouted in his nearly 15 years as a scout, ahead of players like Derrick Rose, John Wall and Shawn Livingston.
