Danny Green Traded to Toronto Raptors

The Toronto Raptors have agreed to acquire Kawhi Leonard and Danny Green from the San Antonio Spurs for DeMar Deorzan, Jakob Poeltl and a protected 2019 first round pick. A trade call with the NBA league office to finalize the trade is set for Wednesday, sources said. The Raptors and Spurs have been discussing a trade for about two weeks. (RealGM)
