North Carolina football players may face suspensions after off-season NCAA violations

Multiple football players from UNC could be suspended one game or more this football season following self-reported NCAA violations of those athletes selling university-issued shoes and athletic gear. WRAL confirmed the story with multiple UNC Athletic Department officials. UNC became aware of the potential violations and self-reported them in February.
