D-Day approaches

Draft numbers do not lie. There simply has not been enough talent to win at the rate the Tar Heels did in the 1990s. If there was, more of these guys would be collecting NFL paychecks. Unfortunately, some of the finest pro prospects recruited by Bunting have been dismissed from the team or left for various reasons. So, when the NFL drafts this weekend, there will not be a Tar Heel called in the first round. Neither will there be many UNC names called throughout the draft. (Chapel Hill News)
