Backes recorded back-to-back complete-game victories at Georgia Tech over the weekend, including a 4-0 win in the series finale, her fourth ACC complete-game shutout of season. After helping lead North Carolina to a 4-0 week and a series sweep at NC State, sophomore Lilli Backes has been named Co-ACC Pitcher of the Week and fifth-year Kiersten Licea earned Co-ACC Player of the Week honors.
