All signs point to redshirt freshman N’Kosi Perry being Miami’s starting quarterback Thursday against visiting North Carolina. Well, almost all signs. Because Mark Richt, the guy whose vote counts the most — actually, the only vote on the matter — has taken a page from the coaching bible and doesn’t plan to reveal whether he’ll start Perry or incumbent Malik Rosier, a senior.
