UNC student Scott Emmons named Churchill Scholar

Scott Emmons, a fourth-year student at the University of North Carolina, has been named a recipient of the prestigious Churchill Scholarship. Emmons is one of only 16 students and recent graduates selected for the award this year. Emmons, 22, is a senior from Bloomington, Indiana, majoring in computer science and mathematics in the College of Arts & Sciences.
