Virginia Tech QB Josh Jackson, RB Deshawn McClease tweet plans to transfer

Quarterback Josh Jackson and running back Deshawn McClease, a graduate of Oscar Smith High in Chesapeake, have become Virginia Tech’s latest players to reveal plans to transfer. Jackson and McClease, both redshirt sophomores, announced intentions Wednesday to enter the NCAA’s transfer portal. Both plan to graduate from Tech and are on track to do so.
