QB Hendon Hooker returning to Virginia Tech football, apologizes for 'lack of commitment'

Virginia Tech quarterback Hendon Hooker followed teammates Josh Jackson, Deshawn McClease, Eric Kumah, and Chris Cunningham into the NCAA transfer portal. Now, Hooker is following McClease back out of it. The Greensboro, N.C., native, who redshirted last season, announced on Twitter his decision to pull his name out of the database.
