UNC Women's Lacrosse a Model of Consistency

Thanks to Saturday's 14-7 win over Virginia, UNC is heading to the NCAA semifinals for the 11th time in program history. The Final Four appearance will be North Carolina's eighth in the last 11 years, its fourth in the last five and its third in the last four. The accomplishment's impressive and it raises the question: What's the key to this consistency? (GoHeels.com)
