North Carolina Releases 2019 Football Roster Posted Jul 17, 2019 North Carolina has released its 2019 football roster two weeks ahead of training camp. UNC's coaching staff did not update the roster entering spring practice due its approach in which players had to earn their right to play on and off the field.
