Wendy Anderson, wife of Arkansas State coach Blake Anderson, dies after long cancer battle

Wendy Anderson, the wife of Arkansas State football coach and former UNC offensive coordinator Blake Anderson, died after a two-year fight with breast cancer. Anderson says his wife died Monday night, hours after the school announced he would be taking a leave of absence. Earlier Monday, the university’s library was illuminated pink in Wendy's' honor.
