UNC Misfiring in the Red Zone

North Carolina has scored one touchdown in its last 10 red zone trips dating back to its 43-41 overtime loss at Virginia Tech on Oct. 19. An inability to operate efficiently in the red zone against Virginia and Pittsburgh helped derail the Tar Heels’ hopes of winning the Coastal Division, thereby prompting criticism into UNC's offensive approach near the goal line.
