West Virginia sprint champion Sebastian Spencer commits to UNC Track & Field

Sebastian Spencer, who owns the 100- and 200-meter West Virginia state records, announced Thursday that he will be attending the University of North Carolina to continue his academic and track careers. In the 100 meters, he ran a 10.50 last year and, in the 200, a 21.61 in 2018. Spencer plans to minor in business at UNC and later attend law school.
