Bailey Hockman to start at quarterback for NC State vs. UNC

Following a scary hit to Devin Leary that led to surgery on a broken fibula, Bailey Hockman will get the start Saturday afternoon at North Carolina. The move was made official by NC State on Monday after Sunday's announcement that Leary would miss 4-8 weeks due to the injury. Hockman started the first two games of the season with mixed results.
