Olivier Sarr, Jacob Toppin eligible for Kentucky Wildcats after NCAA transfer waivers

Kentucky Olivier Sarr and Jacob Toppin have been granted waivers and are eligible to play basketball immediately for the Wildcats this season. Sarr, a transfer from Wake Forest, was arguably the nation's best transfer last spring, and Toppin, a transfer from Rhode Island, is the younger brother of former Dayton star and projected lottery pick Obi Toppin.
