UNC Athletics Thankful For The Opportunity To Make An Impact
Posted Nov 26, 2020
Leading up to Thanksgiving, the UNC Department of Athletics donated more than 2,000 food items to the Food Bank of Central-Eastern North Carolina. With donations down and demand up, the Tar Heel staff was able to help fill a great deal of holiday need. More than 50 coaches and staff members packed boxes with combinations of nonperishable items.
