Realignment and expansion have dominated college football since the news of Oklahoma and Texas broke at SEC Media Days last week. There’s no guarantee the ACC expands to 15 or 16 members. But what if the league considers expansion? Obvious Choices: Notre Dame, West Virginia. The Next Tier: Cincinnati, Kansas, Navy, Oklahoma State, TCU, UCF.
