Clay Lautt Leads Strong Season Debut For UNC Wrestlers At Southeast Open


Clay Lautt took second place at 174 pounds Saturday as UNC began the 2022-23 wrestling season with a strong performance at the Southeast Open. Tar Heels reached at least the semifinals in eight of 10 weight classes in the Open Division. Gavin Kane finished third at 184 pounds. Max Shaw was third at 197.
