DT Ricky Walker re-opens his recruitment

A month ago, Bethel lineman Ricky Walker trimmed his list of scholarship offers to five finalists: North Carolina, Penn State, Pittsburgh, South Carolina and Virginia Tech. But now, you can scratch that. Walker tweeted Sunday morning he was re-opening up the recruiting process and that “all schools have a free shot.” A few second later, he tweeted that he would have a “top five” -- not necessarily a final five -- in the next few weeks.
