Reid Fronk in the groove
Posted May 23, 2007
Reid Fronk enters the ACC Tournament -- which begins today at 1 p.m. for the Tar Heels (45-11) when they play Georgia Tech (31-23) in Jacksonville, Fla. -- with eight home runs in UNC's last 11 games. He hit home runs in each of UNC's last three series against ACC competition, delivering a two-homer game in a series-clinching victory over N.C. State on April 29 and doing so again Saturday in UNC's sweep-clinching win at Maryland.
