Former UNC provost Jim Dean named president of the University of New Hampshire

On Wednesday, the University of New Hampshire announced that Jim Dean, a former provost and executive vice chancellor at UNC, would become its 20th president. In August of 2017, Dean stepped down from his position as provost at UNC. Prior to his four years as provost, he worked at the Kenan-Flagler Business School for 15 years as a faculty member and dean.
