Trevon Duval 'wasn't going back' to Duke, even if rule changed

The NCAA might have passed a rule that would allow undrafted basketball players to return to college if they chose to, but it would still be up to the player to make that decision. And former Duke guard Trevon Duval made no bones about what his decision would have been after this year’s NBA Draft, going to Twitter to give his opinion on returning to the 2018-19 Blue Devils.
